About U14
The U14 program represents the pinnacle of Bruins youth rugby. Players compete in 7-a-side rugby and are introduced to the full rugby experience — modified scrums, lineouts, rucks, and mauls — in a competitive environment that prepares them for high school rugby and beyond.
